We understand that life can be hectic and busy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, we require a 24-hour notice. If we receive less than a day’s notice or if your Maid cannot access your home upon arrival, an inconvenience fee of $75 will be charged.
Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the problem area for you free of charge. We do not offer refunds due to the subscription nature of our services, but we will be more than happy to correct any mistakes we may have made.
For recurring services, the most effective and convenient way for us to access your home is to provide a key or access code to your Marie Maid. If you prefer to be present during the cleaning, please remember the agreed-upon time scheduled for your service. If you have pets, please remember to put them away before the scheduled cleaning.
Yes, in addition to cash, we also accept checks (made out to Marie Maids), Venmo, and other electronic payment methods.
Yes, we are closed on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after Thanksgiving. If your scheduled cleaning falls on one of these holidays, we will contact you in advance to reschedule.
Yes, we offer a variety of subscription-based cleaning frequencies to fit your needs:
- Daily: $400 per week ($80 per day)
- Weekly: $550 per month (4 cleanings)
- Bi-weekly: $300 per month (2-3 cleanings)
- Monthly: $175 per month (1 cleaning)
Yes, we offer:
- Evening cleaning between 5 pm and 10 pm during the week
- Saturday cleaning between 10 am and 2 pm
Our deep cleaning service includes:
- Cobweb removal
- Windowsill cleaning
- Blind cleaning
- Baseboards
- Vent cleaning
- Light switch and socket cleaning
Yes, we have the following additional services available:
- Bathroom in the basement: $50
- Pet cleaning: $50
- Interior oven cleaning: $50
- Interior refrigerator cleaning (client must remove old food first): $50
Yes, we offer move-in/move-out cleaning services. The pricing for these services is based on an assessment of the specific property.
